Our Executive Chef, Luke Hill, brings a fresh and thoughtful approach to Northern Michigan cuisine. A Michigan native with over a decade of culinary experience, Chef Luke has honed his skills in various esteemed kitchens. He has served as Executive Chef at The Millbrook Inn's Vintage restaurant, worked at BARDA Detroit, and held positions at the Yellowstone Club and Ford Motor Company. With a passion for seasonal ingredients and locally sourced flavors, he crafts dishes that are both innovative and approachable. His creative vision and commitment to excellence shine through in every plate served at Blush: Rooftop Terrace.

With a strong background in the food and beverage industry, Wabanung honed his skills at Aerie, the award-winning restaurant at the Grand Traverse Resort, where he gained invaluable experience in guest service and served as the Assistant General Manager.
